Fernando and Rome are a dysfunctional scamming duo living in Italy. After Rome's acquittal from a one year jail stint in Prague, the former lovers resume their criminal lifestyle which proves more challenging upon the addition of Omar, a mysterious blackmailing sexually ambiguous street runner with secrets, along for the ride.
