Princess Sheng Taotao is banished to Qingcheng, a region struggling with the decline of its garment-making industry. Inspired by the craftsmanship of elderly artisans, she works to promote their skills and create opportunities for them. Her efforts revive the local economy, attract young workers back, and restore prosperity to the region.
