Based on the true story of Aizawa Hospital in Matsumoto City, Nagano, a hospital in crisis faces bankruptcy due to mismanagement and overwhelming debt. Enter Dr. Shuhei Arihara, who leaves a promising career in Tokyo to save his hometown's hospital.
