William Soloweyko was a Canadian professional wrestler known for his strength and tough style. He trained with Stu Hart and competed in the NWA and WWWF during the 1960s and 1970s, facing top stars like Bruno Sammartino. He won several championships, including the NWA Hawaii Heavyweight and tag team titles. After retiring from wrestling, he worked for WCW as a road agent and ring builder. He also served as a groundskeeper for the Charlotte O’s baseball team. Klondike Bill was famous for his huge appetite, once eating two 72-ounce steaks in one hour. He passed away in 2000 at the age of 68 due to a neuromuscular disease.
