This person doesn't exist. It was invented around the late 2000s in order to give directorial credit to "The Dancing Pig". As with any internet hoax, it's pretty hard to make it disapear. Remove him from a database and somebody else will add him back. And so, Millard Mercury stay around, only with a notice : he's not real.
