The De-Stress Plan (2001)

This program is a comprehensive routine using tried and tested practices to relax, de-stress and revitalize your body in the fast-paced, modern-day world. Yoga will help you tone and stretch tired and aching muscles, while calming your mind and spirit. Tai Chi will help prepare you to cope with a hectic world. Tai Chi helps you to relax through breath and movement. Meditation will calm and relax your whole body and help distance yourself from stressful situations. Head Massage can be practiced on yourself or a partner - an easy, yet wonderfully effective routine to relax and de-stress.
