Bara ni Irodorareta Akui to Higeki no Makuake is a home video release of a two-day live concert played by Malice Mizer at the Nippon Budōkan Hall in Tokyo, Japan on August 31 & September 1 during the year 2000, the first shows with the band’s third lead vocalist Klaha. Malice Mizer performs their fourth studio album, "Bara no Seidou" in its entirety using the gothic cathedral from the album’s cover as an enormous set piece alongside pyrotechnics and a choir of veiled nuns.
