Velma is trying to find the killer of all the other women who was assaulted and killed by a mysterious killer whose pretended to be a dead clown who was once famous. This mysterious I realize that Velma is very smart and could figure out who they are. Hoping that she is the one if not he has to kill her and her friends if they get in the way.
