Loabi Nuvevununama
Lahufa, a vulnerable woman, relocates to Male' to flee from an arranged marriage to an old man. She is welcomed with great hospitality by Shakeel, a heart patient, and his sibling-like-friend, Ziyad, who instantly falls in love with her. Nasma, a greedy woman, cancels her wedding and lures Saud, Shakeel's friend, in her trap. Lahufa misinterprets a phone conversation and agrees to marry Shakeel. A day after their wedding, Ziyad calls Lahufa and proposes her to marry him. Upon returning, he is devastated to discover Shakeel's situation and his marriage to Lahufa.
